    Checked my jill and her 8 kits last night everything was fine.Checked this morning only 3 remaining.The kits are 4 weeks old.Gutted to say the least.

    Both jills have 7 kits each.So not a small litter.I was talking to another mate yesterday.He said that he had a similar incident a few years ago.The jill in question then had kits that were 4 wks old.

    A mate has just rung me with a question that's got me Baffled.He has two jills with Kits a week old.But they have both come back into season.Both of us have kept and worked Ferrets for over 35yrs.Neither of us have heard of this before.Any of you Lads/Lasses experienced this before?

    My local as a Ghost.She has been seen on many occasions.By myself.The landlady and Several Regulars. I remember on my 18th Birthday my Father suffered a Heart Attack.My Brother came home from the Army.He slept in my bed and i had the Sofa.Anyway about 3am i woke up cold.Looked down at the bottom of the Sofa.Standing there was an old Lady.I didn't feel scared for some reason.I told my Aunt the next day and described the lady.She said it was her and my Fathers mother.

    My ferreting partners Jill escaped a few years ago.He found her several weeks later.3 weeks later she gave birth to a litter of kits.All were handled by his 6yr old daughter daily.I took one.Big mistake.I went to feed her and she flew at the front of the cage hissing and screaming.Couldn't even pick her up.My mate came over to see and she done the same again.This jill was very Dark in colour like a wild Polecat.

    I was over Ireland Fishing with some mates 10 yrs ago.All of us Drinking 12 pints a night.I love the stuff.The guiness they sell over here just ain't the same.They keep the best in Ireland.Ps.All the Barmaids were Stunners.

    I put the telly on in the morning to watch the news before work.The odd documentary.And rugby of course.I bought a 50" Telly a couple of months ago.I still don't know why

    Has it as been mentioned,Chainsaw/Strimmer. Fumes are forced into the Warren Better.Not only that you get Vibration and Noise.The Rats certainly bolt better.

    Jesus i dont know how i've avoided it! Handle a fair few rats, never mind traps, and never wear gloves! Think i need to change my ways! I was the same up until last year.Never wore gloves to handle traps/rats.My mate Red Dog used to Cringe everytime i handled them.Gloves all the time now.

    Normally pop in my Local most nights.(I live next door to it).Usually have 3/4 cans.Friday/Saturday probably £50.So all in all about £100 a Week.Keep meaning to cut down.
