Got stopped a few times in the past, And asked where i was coming from or going i always say hunting as the gear gives it away...lol we were asked ine day could they see the deer we shoot as they had never seen one, and right in the middle of the road, we opened the boot.... cars behind had a right good look...lol must of thought we where in the shit... lol also got asked could they see my gun, and was it made safe as they couldn't inspect it... i said it was and they duely poped the covers up and looked at the trees in the distance... The tikka M595 is an excellent gun, and built to tikka's exacting standards before their cost cutting measures, which is when the t3 was introduced, If its in stainless, it'll hold its money for the action alone on the second hand market, for custom builds, i have one that i built a custom on, but in .243 win. Anyone looking for a donor even will not be disapointed. Snap.

You WILL need a case tumbler, As it keeps the brass clean firstly, and secondly you can see clearly when defects are happening on the case if the case is clean.. Any reloader worth his salt has either a tumbler on ultrasonic cleaner... Snap.

good or bad quality scopes

Quality glass comes at a price, and so does build quality, coatings on the lenses themselves are also costly, But the real noticable difference is in poor or failing light, or on mirky days, repeatable turrets that go to zero after a tracking test are also in this, cheap scopes may hold tracking for a while but as the cheaper mechanisims get wear and tear, they will loose out in the tracking test over time. hope this sheds a little bit of light on the difference. Well As i said in an earlier post i ordered a few bit and pieces of David slivers spares.... i was told some of the parts would not be delivered until 12th december 2010, but my shipment of other spares would be shipped out asap, They pushed the boat out with suppliers and i now have all my goodies arrived after 2 weeks on order, other businesses need to take a leaf out of their book, first class service with no hassle, A+ Happy Snappy........

pretty vauge discription, what are you using it on, hawke brand are manufactured in differing factories, i've found the hawke target to loose tracking, and the 1/8 clicks on the turrets don't line up after you dial in a large bullet drop... optically you get what you pay for, but for a centre fire i'd say no, rimmy yes, air rifle yes but not a springer type... snap.

At the end of the day, its down to the landowners, maybe he just didn't want to say a straight out NO... And if you had of said CONTROL the numbers rather than get rid off, things may of been different, i had a farmer say no, i thanked him for his time, walked to the jeep and he then called me back and gave me the permission, i'd say it was just to see how i would react, Since then he's gained me more land, and gives me a beef leg at christmas or 5 or 6 t bone steaks from his own animals.... or leg of lamb..
