  5. This is an Area i deal with regular through the type of work i do, This year fluke have thrived with the wet weather conditions, but i'd suggest also that rumen fluke had a massive part to play in this animals condition, never been a problem really in the past, although always there is SMALL Numbers, this last 5 years it really has become an issue, An will greatly detract for the overall health of the animal, As you know wetter areas will always carry a greater risk of fluke, as the host the mud snail thrives in these ideal conditions, Snap.
  6. best to get out and knocking on farmers doors to ask for permission, you will get some knock backs but if one is all you need to say yes, As long as its safe to shoot on and has plenty good backstops your flying, tell him your after vermin, crows, magpies, rabbits, but only shooting when they are grounded of course. Snap.
  7. practice shouldering the gun with your eyes closed, and open your eyes, you should be looking naturally down the rib of the gun, clay shooting is is more practical to have both eyes open and is normally the norm shooting shot guns, however if you shoot rifle and shotgun and find it more nautral to close an eye then there is nothing wrong with this, horses for courses... Snap.
  8. If the total damage to fixing your own car is costing 1/3 the value of the car then it will be written of, but you can buy it back of the insurance company as a category write off, however if it is category A i think it is, ( i dont live in england) then you cannot buy the car back. but any other you can. good luck. Snap.
  9. motorbikes on the road, mountainbiking, photography, sailing dart16's and bahias, hunting and target shooting, and target shooting, could class building my own home as a hobbie at this stage...hehe

  11. A raw image contains more infornation than a standard jpeg image, And so when entering into an edit suite, there is a better quality image to work from, Also when you keep opening a jpeg image and resave it you loose a little quality from the image, each time this is done, even though the naked eye wouldnt notice it,
  12. And NEVER put a 3 inch in a 2 3/4 gun, your asking for trouble, or even looking to meet your maker... safe hunting. Snap.
  13. You would need to know the gun maker, and origin of proof house to make sure of the markings, or once you know gun maker, and where they are made, you could do a search that way, 78.5 is more than likely cm so means you have a 30 inch barrel on your shotgun, i think the star is also a proof mark for belgium proof house, and you should have letters with it also... hope this helps Snap.
  14. i was just gonna say sky are doing offers kay see it on telly steady, seems an amazing deal..!!!!! wish ours was 7.50 Snap.
  15. Yep 1/2 inch unf, unless rethreaded by gunny, in which case could be any size,
  16. you can choose to hide the people annoying you in your account, you can hide posts made by them, and bar them from contacting you via message. Atb. Snap.
  17. Always zero at a base point of 100 yards, i dial in all ranges for hunting after ranging keeps me bang on target, however if you dont have a range finder i'd say 200 yards. Atb snap.
  18. i remember being out in all weather, and summer holidays were spent building huts to camp out in, or fishing, the only time mum would really see us was when our bellies where empty...hehe This then lead to a love of everything outdoors, hunting, fishing, sailing, diving, mountainbiking, photography, looking back we were lucky to have the beach 1 min walk away, and mountains and hills and forests 10 mins walk.... show a kid something that will spark their imagination as to how to build something and bingo, the buzz is there, same as learning them to fish.. etc.. Snap.
  19. And the same to you and yours mate, may 2013 be a happy and healthy one for you all.. Snap.
