    Well not been posting on here for a right wee while, But last night i decided to hit the permission on a farm with both cattle an sheep, As they are mainly hill sheep they lamb out, So i decided the next few weeks i'm gonna thin the numbers for the farmer, Saw a few that ran right away on the lamp, but they were close and the wind was in their favour, The night was at least a dry one but with vicious gales picking up across the valley's i decided it was gonna be a tough night, After seeing only a few which where runners we picked up eyes in the distance, only to find a fox nosing

    Had one done back about 2 years ago, Never had trouble with it, i'd say go for it, Its all down to the dentist you choose, i've hated dentists (or the procedures i should say) for years, But things have changed massively, I used to be really anxious going now not a bother, just had a check up thurs past and my teeth are in top condition now because i choose to go and get a few minor things done, one not so minor, but thats another story...hehe good luck,

    Crazy the price of fuel atm, The goverment are just dipping their hands in a pot they know they can tax to the hilt, Theres enough reserves to last 2 years without putting the price up instantly once a barrel of oil goes up or down, this is what i cant figure out, greedy fookers.....!!!!

    markha has it spot on, Theres a load of people out there that Think they know how to reload, i saw some dangerous characters that reloaded for years, and thought they knew everything, Don't take any info you hear for granted, a few books i recommend you read are the abc's of reloading, and reloading for competition, when you masters the bascis of the other book... Snap.

    look for second hand quality scopes, like you have mentioned, or check out the zesis conquest range also to save a few quid, most of the better known brand named scopes won't let you down, but take a look at a few on friends rifles etc. to find out what eye relief suits you, and take it from there, i use a leupold LR/T mk4 6.5x20x50 M1 cannot fault it for everything i use it for, deer, fox, targets, Snap.

    Both are very capable guns, the barrels are both made in the same factory, its just the quality of finish you are paying for that makes the price difference, think of it like skoda, and Vw, owned by the same company, But the vw will have a better finish, And yes i shoot a tikka, although its only the action i now own, as i made a custom gun from a 595 s/s action in .243 win. good luck with your decision.     you also have to bare in mind that wind doesnt blow the one direction all the time and may be multi directional, depending on lay of the land, etc, Reading the wind is an art in itself, even though where you where reading the wind it was maybe gusting 20mph down range that may of been a 26 to 30 mph, or less, wind is not a constant, so takes some skill to master, Snap.

    105g will prove difficult to stabilize in a 1 in 10 tiwst, good luck with the task.

    You wont go wrong with most guns, but my money would be on a browning, or a beretta, just try a few for fit and feel and you will see what you like,

    Hi mate, i'm using the full version of photomatix, and im merging 3 shots together, one 3 stops under, one at normal exposure, and one at 3 stops over, The key then is messing around with the settings until the halo effect, which normally is present in photomatix isnt as obvious, As i said i'm new to HDR, and so cant explain the process with photomatix very well,
