Well just not long back from the trip this morning empty handed, the fog was very thick this morning which made life for stalking very difficult, only saw two bucks but they scattered into the forrest very quickly once we saw them as we where very close due to the fog.......... all in all saw plenty does and calfs so not bad for nov 1st..........

jesus at those prices i would rather shoot the .50bmg and have more fun.............aren't we lucky we can pop them with any old cartridge here in eire.......

Right people i've got a chest freezer full of venison and i'm looking to do a nice stew any recipies would be great i need to make room in the freezer as i've got two fallow and a lamb in there and no i didn't shoot the lamb.............. it was kindly given to me for my foxing duties...... so a nice venison stew will float my boat now i think............... cheers SS...........

i would recommend the u-caller its a very good caller, and also has a card for birds free with it............photographers seem to use it quite a bit so its worth a try.

you can screw the light onto the roof mount vertical bar..........

if your not looking to go flying with it try the PLANO AIRGLIDE case excellent case for the money stores the gun in the upright position and has fastening velcro straps for piece of mind...............

Well, after a hard days work yesterday, i made a call as i had to unwind So i decided to go to my permission a bit of a ways off. so got a shower and got the kit ready, alarm set for 4 o clock, only the storm put the power off for a little while last night and low and behold my mate rings at 4:30 saying where the hell are you..... In bed was the reply... without a second thought the socks were on sliped something that resembles shoes onto my feet and before i know it i'm outside my mates house ready for the some 2 odd hours drive in the car..got stalking in on a large group of hinds to see
