get caustic soda, do not get on bath surface..... pour half down neat, then leave for 10 mins, then pour other half down.... immediately followed by kettle of boiling water and leave for a futher 30 mins, then rinse out well with cold water should do the trick for you mate.. Snap.

few split links and swivels from an agri merchant will do the trick, normally see one attached to both ends of chain and middle section, this is an excellent way of preventing the chain coiling up... and should cost no more than a tenner at the very most... Snap.

gp's are a great breed but if cover is heavy, then they may just sit in and point out of sight, whereas the springer will flush the game out right away, more time is needed in the care of gp's as they tend to get annoyed if they don't get much attention and can be destructive, or bark constantly to crave attention. you have to think on the cover you will mostly shoot over on, and then consider which breed will suit you the best, Love to watch the gp's work well, nothing like it... good luck with whatever you decide...

If the rifle has not had a good cleaning routine, then you may be in for some work, the layers will be built up over time carbon and copper, so i suggest you use the strongest copper remover there is, Sweets 7.62 is by far the best copper remover i have ever used, so this and hoppes No. 9 clean the carbon layer off then start on the copper, then carbon then copper, until both patches come out spotless..... And as above always use a bore guide... good luck Snap.

yep key resync, my landy does it on a battery change and i have to use the foot pedals to reset the key sometimes... if you look up on google how to resync astra key you should get it sorted tess...

IF the meat is in contact with the contents of the bladder or the rumen is punctured during gutting then the carcas is condemed, Not worth a stay in hospital... But if its a lesson learned its that cleaning out is better taken slowly to make sure nothing like the above happens.. Snap....
