    I feed my bulldog and pups on orijen dry food, not cheap! To keep them all on it would be mortgage money, so I just give the pup a bowl every day then anything after that is barf diet, so imo not all dey food is crap, u will just pay for the good stuff, and I swear by that orijen gear!

    I don't have a guard dog,, but my British bulldog bitch (if she is awake) isn't to bad, she will go mental if she sees or hears anybody, but her downfall, if they approach her she whimpers and rolls onto her back for a belly scratch lol

    On the kennelling part, it's not as easy as some make, some pups take to it and some don't, or maybe just mine, in short he's a wee b*****d in the pen, after a long walk (trying to slim the terriers up) he comes with me and runs about like a mad man, fed like a king and a bone for a mastiff, I put him in the run after every walk and feed him, when he gets up he screams the board down to get out, training is slow, I couldn't leave him for the night at the minute or my tree hugging neighbours will be on the phone again

    I had a wee tiny bull bitch, and to be honest she was better round a hole than a lamp, the boy she came of was a terrier man and see round a dig she was a god send, would sit and watch for a bolt or when broke through she would still sit and watch until she was told to move didn't even own a lead for her,
