    Just won ( well Friday ) a 8ft x 4ft kennel/run off ebay need it to sit on a concrete base so today i ve dug out and put shuttering around but was thinking is it the wrong type of year to be starting to mess around with with concrete ( frost,rain etc ) or should i wait til the weather warms up next year??
