  2. It was just eBay mate...... A bloke was 'giving up' and getting rid of all his stuff, just a case of right place right time, I was looking for months and months for one til this one popped up
  3. eBay special mate, £10 and he even dropped it off at my door!
  4. 'Hardcore' my friends .... Just waiting for the materials to turn up and then I ll concrete the base! What wire does any one recommend to go around the sides and to make a roof??
  5. Picked up the new additions this morning,well pleased with them ,they currently in a hutch but also in the process of building a ferret run for them to play in when they not been working so they can get the exercise they need and keep fit.
  6. Spent some time with the ferret today and noticed she had quite bad flakey skin, I use shredded cardboard in the hutch and barley straw in the sleeping section, fed on rabbit and ferret feast, she is cleaned out every two days........... Any ideas what has caused this? And what I can do/use to clear it up? ATB

  9. I have a under counter freezer going to anybody that can pick it up from 'Bedfordshire' ideal for game, in full working order only reason I am getting rid is I have recieved another and don't need two and it's just taking up space
  10. I am looking at getting a cheap air rifle just to have a play with, I ve never used one and know nothing about guns so could I have your opinion on the - Hammerli Black Force 800 - is it an OK ish rifle to start on? Like I said I'd only be target shooting in the garden to start off with! ATB

  12. Whiskey I was in the same boat not long back, Country Joe recommended ' fist full of ferrets' & 'afew ferrets more' really enjoyed watching them and learnt some tips aswell I got my copy's off 'mrpit' on here...... Sound bloke and DVDs are spot on! Atb
  13. No couldn't hear f**k all mate, I took some raw mince down with me and when she went to get the food I managed to get afew pics, I ll upload them when I get home as at work at min and using my mobile

  15. I brought a young Jill afew weeks back, all was going great .... Went to clean the hutch out today and f**k me to my surprise she was sitting on 3 kits, I had no idea she was pregnant Now to the question ..... Few days ago my daughter opened the cage door and the Jill fell out ( 3 foot ) would this have killed the kits? How long shall I leave them in there, as to me they look dead but to be honest I don't really know what I am looking for! Cheers

I have for sale my large dog kennel,its in excellent condition as I ve kept it inside my garage so it hasn't even seen abit of rain/sun Its not the sh*t you get from 'pets at home' this kennel is very well made and very solid, I used it to house my GSD to give you an idea on size! it will need to be picked up ( ive dismantled it ready ) from LUTON Bedfordshire £60

Apologise for so many questions lads, the ferret I got on Friday was fed on rabbit I don't have any as yet so after reading up on here I got some alpha ferret feast she seems to be eating that fine but stuck a chicken wing this morning and all she has done is put it in the sleeping area ......... How long before I should remove it???
