  1. Gain 28 or Redmills Racer is approx 15 quid a bag and would do the running dogs. As for the terriers maybe something from the Skinners range...think they're about 15 quid a bag also!!!
  2. You've done a grand job with that rifle. Stock looks superb ;-)
  3. Buy the best complete puppy food you can afford as it's the most important stage in the dogs life. Introduce some raw and bin the tinned sh1te...as said it's mostly water, flavourings etc and will probably do nothing for the pup but give it the runs!!! Just to add...you're pup may be fussy as 1 of mine was and I tried a few before I settled on Burns. She loved it and done really well on it ;-)

    What?

25 quid seems a bit steep imho!!! Nothin wrong with charging 5-10 quid to cover feed etc but 25 quid??? And wtf is a piebald ferret??? Heard of piebald horses but never ferrets!!!
  5. That blue pup is a wee stunner...fawn dog looks in excellent nic also...credit to you. Should have some fun with them come Sept...ATB ;-)
  6. Agree with NL. I put the hob in with the jill and kits to see how he'd respond. To be fair he had a sniff at them and even cleaned them but after a minute or 2 he grabbed the jill and tried to ride her her again. Seems he's he's only interested in shaggin when he's in season ;-)
  7. Fresh wild salmon. Filleted and cooked within an hour of capture...nothing comes close
  8. I've always kinda like a racey, ripped, smooth blue or black type running dog though I have seen a few tan or red broken coated dogs recently and have really liked the look of them!!!
  9. Haha ffs...you got a patent on that or can anybody use it??? ;-)
  10. Sound advice mate...gonna give it a go ;-)
  11. I've been spraying the hutch down with cold water to cool it down. Also got bowls of cold water in with them so they can cool themselves down. Changing the water bottles several times a day so they have cold water to drink. Had them out yesterday for a run in the garden and sprinkled them with water. They don't seem to be too stressed and are just lazing around in the hutch...keeping a constant eye on them though ;-)
  12. There's a place in Cumnock. Can't remember the name but I get minced salmon and tripe though they also do chicken, beef etc.
  13. I feed minced salmon also. Dogs love it and their coats shine on it ;-)
  14. It was a case of the 2 best and fittest tennis players in the world going toe to toe at what they do best and that is to play and dominate from the baseline. Murray dominated that in the 1st set by just keeping the ball in play and Djockovich made a lot of unforced errors by going for the line and failing. He overhit it a lot and hit the net a lot. Murray didn't go for the line much and just opted to get the ball back which caused problems for Djockovich. Djockovich changed tactics and started to come to the net more and try drop shots but Murrays fitness and speed around the court was top cla
  15. Fantastic tennis...brilliant to watch...well deserved it...WELL DONE ANDY MURRAY...A GREAT SCOT!!!
  16. Why feed something that may be suspect? You wouldn't give your kids or dogs something that my be bad for them or something that could make them bald. Why not just feed the feckers what's best for them or what they should be fed ffs. These threads come up constantly and the advice is always the same...feed them raw meat and/or ferret complete...it ain't rocket science!!!
  17. My kits are nipping a bit when hungry though not to hard. It's more of a "is it edible" sort of bite. They're handled well and should come round given time.
  18. Bailiffs are not only out during normal working hours. They are out at all times and use night vision equipment amongst other things. I've a few mates that are ghillies and I know 1 or 2 bailiffs. If they see you or know you're there they'll either have you lifted by the cops or make a phone call and within a short period of time several bodies will appear and you can guarantee you're gettin done in...and rightly so!!! Loads of times I've been on the river and the ghillie has appeared and told me where I've been and what I've been doing. They watch from everywhere as do the bailiffs. I've kno
  19. That's top notch mate. He's a talented auld yin...looks as though the dug could lose a pound or 2 though
  20. Shoots perfectly fine but when closing the underlever it can hit the sides of the "catch" causing wear to the blueing!
  21. Just buy a pack of 10mm o'rings from ebay. That's what i got for mine and they fit fine. Get the thinnest 1's as the thicker 1's catch when closing the underlever. They're buttons to buy!
  22. Who bought it? The lithium battery is cracked from what i've been told!!!
