    If you have a mk3 then all you need is the replacement nylon ferret sized strap, the locator is the same on both and interchangeable. I bought a terrier strap for my ferret one and it works

    Feck buying them for ferrets at the price they are in shops. I've recently got a snake again and i've set up two tanks of mice and one of rats, what I don't use myself will be either used by mates or sold to pet shops but theres no way i'd bother giving mice to a ferret. An adult frozen mouse is going to cost roughly a pound from a pet shop and if you have a hob who could eat say 5 a day thats a pretty expensive diet even compared to James Wellberobbed.     Seen it quite a few times. A mate of mine has a terrier with two dew claws on each back leg that face opposite directions, looks like a magpies foot stuck to his leg.

    Whole carcase is best, whole includes the guts though. Chicks are just a fluffy egg and aren't good if fed exclusively but now and again is ok.

    Managed to catch a winged magpie today thats been running around for about a month, feck me them things can run, there was three of us after it and if he hadn't paused to hop up a 10ft hedge he would have been in the next county. He's a feisty little fecker and i've put him in one of my larsens in a place where there were 8 maggies playing all morning. Fingers crossed i'll have some more tomorrow and i'll be able to dish them out and start the ball rolling locally. Just about got my breath back now too

    With everyone saying about the 3/4 beddy whippets and the thicker skins and better feet, do you think that there will still be a difference in the 3/4 cross compared to the 1/2 cross? Not many rough coated 3/4 breds.

    Seen a few good ones off him and seen some bred similarly but not by him, mainly through the forums. Mine is off him and its a tw@ She will grab anything but is a loon, been a bit better this year for not fecking off and has had a bit of stuff on the lamp, few partridge too (even jumps when they take off) but she yaps and seems to prefer the rabbits getting to cover so she can hunt after them or dig them out. Kills rats for fun and will grab bigger things that bite but never made the size to do them. She's about 18 1/2 and I could never get weight on her although now she gets fed raw shes b

    Wrap the wire round the eye? The way its done on Woodga's dvd you fold the strands of wire over the eye (with the eye in the middle) and then spin it mate. Look good though. I've made about 90 wires but got bored of making tealers after 30, should be enough for what I need though. Good luck

    I've put birds over a few famous musicians but imo if they wanted everyone to know they would be on here starting threads with pictures themselves

    Set it in the garden where their used to seeing stuff made by humans and if the one you catch wont bring the others in take the trap to your other place where it should catch a different maggie and then bring that one back. The first one should catch though if the others see him living it up with food on tap.
