  1. Yeah, I think it would genetically change them
  2. Red squirrel targets, that's a bit off. Or are they grey squirrel lures
  3. Are you sure? They have a pin that can be removed and the fore stock looks to be of the folding type. for the record Midge is a good bloke to deal with.
  4. Google puppy food, pick one with a good meat or fish content and then work out which one you can afford. If your feeding a good barf diet any decent meal additive is ok.
  5. Location is very important. You need to put it where birds can avoid predators like cats and Sparrow Hawks.
  6. I hope justice is served, one way or another. I know which I'd prefer.
  7. Free game carriers eh? Excellent, I'll PM him.
  8. No. Because you would be on here complaining about the bloke who rubbed my head in the dirt.
  9. First and foremost. Don't shout at people when they're ferreting
  10. Feck me, looks ready for a little shine
  11. Spoiled, unworked Patterdale (is it worked?). Sounds like just like you have explained and at five years old, I can't see much hope for harmony. Maybe rehoming it, or dare I say pts. Sorry buddy.
  12. Welcome. Your English is better than a lot on here. Nice dog, you will like the Lakeland, Patterdale and Jack Russel terriers.
  13. Had the sad job of putting one of my Jill's to sleep earlier. I have one albino Jill left and I think it unfair to keep her alone. I don't go ferreting enough to get a new one, to keep it company. So if anyone would like to give this Jill a good home, with another ferret/ferrets, it would make me happy. It works, although I must say if it has been out a dozen times in the last two years, it has been lucky. PM me a number and I'll call you back. Ferret found new home. Thanks for looking
  14. If one of them is laying, I'd say 20 weeks +. Cheap birds them
  15. What if your a farmer treating his or her own dog?
  16. Keep it tired, feed it late and keep it warm.
  17. lime helps change acid water to alkaline, it also helps break down plant matter at the bottom of lakes, reducing silt and making nutrients available. If anything removing perch will lessen the size of fish. As perch eat smallish fish, it leaves more food available to the larger fish.
  18. Go on then... Ill look forward to your better, much revised version Sorry, I thought you asked for opinions. If he's a blacksmith worth his salt he could do what I recommended.
  19. I think he should've punched out the nail hole, where the handle meets the fork and the groove where the nail head sits should be channeled out. Then the whole thing re-blackened. Maybe the top of the fork made to take the thera-band-ning. Send it back and ask him to do it properly .
