Defo a female Spar in the first one and the second looks like a Buzzard but it looks a bit small compared to the Magpie, maybe its just the pic.

Its the time of year I'm affraid, they have seen it all. Try something different, something they havent seen, less decoys maybe, a couple of magpies, alternate your paterns, etc etc. More guns certainly keeps them moving. Trouble is when they have flocked together in large numbers the flock will contain more birds that are wary (or aware)and these start a flock reaction and its these birds you have to convince or

I won't go in to the details although many are well funny, so here is a list as I can remember and where they bit me as I remember. Largish Chiwawa bitten 2 or three seperate occations on ankle/leg, collie on hand, various Patterdales various places, a couple of Lakelands black and tan and a red un, Springer spaneils both of my neighbours on both hands, arms, face, nose, lip and inner thigh, a Russel on the hand, oh and another Russel on hand and arm. It will work but what are you going to do when you want to take it off and put it on? I think that what this tread was about. If you left a tab at the bottom you could pull it out in a split second aslong as its cut to the right size it should sit in without anything holding it. Give it a go, let us know what happens.

My friend has done an almost succesful modification, but it leaks a little light. The only time I need to use a white lense is on a long slip and you don't need to take off the red filter untill the dog is running, so you just need a bit practice at taking off the filter without losing track of your quarry, saying that I do tend to drop my filter a bit . Edited to say the Clulite has the best action filter but the lamp has a wide beam.

Like owning a land rover and saying you can't use it to drop the kids off at school.............of course you can. My dogs do as much as anyones and is laying on the sofa with my boy under a fecking blanket. Personaly I think this is a daft question and have never is in my 41 years have ever heard anyone saying you can't have a working dog as a pet yc.
