    Do you fry it in a little olive oil, with garlic and does he prefer it served on normal plate or bone china? I've used pig heart for years, good source of protein, iron, calcium and magnesium. Used in a balanced diet it's great food. Edited for punctuation

    I ordered size 3 which are 14mm and 15 grams. Size 6 which are 22mm and 63 grams These will be used with a 3 thera band catapult. They will work out about 50 f/lb+ I will put them through the chrono and will let you know. Size 2 is ideal 12mm and 12 grams, these are not in stock at the mo, but are on order, so the man says.
