If you say a striker is a 6 I'd definitely give this a 7 . But add the fact it goes in the pocket, has no lead,don't have to carry a bag ,and being adjustable its got to be worth an 8,the beam will take getting used to not any worse, just different To what I'm used to

I can see the point of both side of the argument, Some dogs just don't jump,usually because of being lifted over gates etc and not learned to jump. But drive can have something to do with it if it jumps any other time.But in my opinion being a driven chaser that will jump in pursuit and being game is two different things imho ,you can running dog that's driven and will jump to keep with his prey yet won't look at Fox for instance is this dog game or driven?

I tried mine out just over a place that hold a couple of rabbits local (saw 4 lol) there's plenty of light on about level 3 or 4 or so just to scan.I never really needed the top setting although it is powerful on that setting (6) The rabbits weren't spooked anymore than they was with a striker. Was a bit misty so it lit that up a Bit. Over all I am impressed.overspill,not as bad as I expected and I quite like, Only bad bit for me is having a pup with me on this occasion maybe a more focused beam would have been better but who knows .reached plenty for rabbiting distances and more and has been

Also I like the spill it will help me with spotting ,and on a low setting you can use whilst calling stuff just keeping the quarry in the spill

I like it better than a striker, the light is whiter you can see colour better,also like the strobe ,not sure how useful it will be ,but may be good for keeping stuff off hedge.first impressions I like .

Thought you would get it Roybo, fast isn't it from Hong Kong to your doorstep. Now you will be waiting for it to go dark lol. I had mine out for about 4 hours last nigh not fully charged and tourch never dimmed or anything. How many more people waiting for theres? Only way any quarry got out of view of the lamp/tourch was over hills. was yours already charged mate this one must have Been totally flat Has it the light come on roybo? Have you put the batt compartment in the right way, and screwed the head back on tightly. Wasn't fully charged, couldn't say how much it was charged.Redch

Mines arrived ! mild Panic for about 5 minutes as it was saying it was charged, Then noticed the paper over the battery ends. Then put the chargers on and says it needs charging. So hopefully will be charged later. Looks a cracking bit of kit though real well made and a quality look about it. Did everyone else have to charge theirs? Once again thanks f/d top bloke mate

Thanks flipbull appreciated mate they haven't updated the DHL tracking it still says left facility in Hong Kong hopefully be here tomorrow or Monday,still a quick delivery considering its come 1/2 way round the world

I'd guess anywhere from 20 -23 inch with there being 2 smaller dogs in there but may get bigger with greyhound being in there depending which way bred

And incidentally did say they didn't want cause offence and were quite polite ,but then suggested Give his dogs a good go they may do all he wants, All with good intent ,then a few others came on and started ranting mind your own...etc etc Same old formula ,again hope you get what you want gafer.
