  3. I think you could clone red rum 10 times ,I doubt you would get a horse that achieves the same. Every race would be different and so would every day in its life. So although you'd have great horses ,whether you'd get a 3 x national winner again is unknown
  4. think some where out x to lakey year s back, i think if you want house pet, with no dog hair , then ok , but as with all x breeds 100-200£ is more than enough. i like a 1x acd x whippet for the future , now that be great x breed, be deff worth a go, good moocher and watch dog , wonder what there coats be like .?Ray what I meant is show/kc bedlington as poodle introduced it's well documented.Yea for Sure some working lines introduced working terrier
  5. I have used it recently I think it's great for the box inside, any wet goes through o the base . My dog out side pulls it out into the run though. There is also different qualities of it so beware. From the best to basically teddy bear fluff lol
  6. As said it needs to be there in the first place,I.e in the DNA . Every living thing relies on DNA be it plant fish or mammal. And it wouldn't be a gene you can isolate, because it would be 1000s in the right combination that would make the great coursing dog. Then if you could isolate those genes and breed consistently for them, rearing, schooling, conditioning and environment would come into it . A litter of clones from the greatest dogs of all time wouldn't guarantee a champ.
  7. I just go to a car spares place and take your bulb.they are a 3rd of the cost for the same part
  8. Thought bedlington already had poodle in them. I would have thought there be plenty of you could rely on to work before going that way . Maybe a pure bedlington , a spaniel ,terrier or hound.
  9. Bigger hearts are made as well as inherited though. After all the heart is a muscle like any other . Of course genetics come to play, but the greyhound has a huge heart and they may contribute. But the muscle type plays a huge role too. The combination of the heart and lungs muscle ,conditioning to improve all of those and of course schooling and the dogs will to do the job
  10. You can have them pinned. I left my bitches to heal as said and it is still only attached by the tendon. If it's dislocated it won't just get better ,it needs putting back in place and pinning. Or taking off as it becomes a pain in the arse and they knock it up every time they run..then arthritis sets in.
  11. There's also different builds in Saluki cross lurchers from racy that look like they'd snap ,to big strong ones that look like the build of a bull x
  12. That's because their legs grow in spurts ,sometimes they look like their back legs are too long for their body ,then they look like they are all legs.
