    Was woken to a little hamper of goodies and brekky in bed with a coffee. They decided to mainly get me chocolate and are now trying to work there way through it themselves ?

    I can remember a similar thing happening to us; on a platform bassing with our 'posh' gear and a young lad jumped down with a feeder rod. 10 mins later him and his 2 bass where gone

    Any rod will land bass, its down to the angler. Lure wise it's just the day; patchinko, Black minnow, 360 gts, bass stixs, dexter wedge, savage sandeel, line through ..... the list is endless and they all work

    Check the beach at low for rocks, few hours kip in a lay by and be eeling at first light
