Give it Some electrolytes and food. Sugar in water will do.
In the uk we have the rpra but I don't know about birds from there. It may be from the uk as a lot of fanciers travel to holland and Belgium every year to buy birds.

Jreid and hedz are spot on IMO, why keep something not doing what is required? If the animal is a pet firstly and a worker secondly then fair enough keep it if it's crap but if it's only role is to work well I can't see the point keeping crap
