    about 2-3 weeks ago quentin had a dog advertised for sale. drove 786 miles (thats both ways) to collect the dog, paid half when i took him and half when i had tried him which is hard to do this time of year. well the dog is a real pleasure to own, quiet in the kennels, good with the pup and just generally well behaved. quentin is one of the few good lads left in this game, more interested in dogs then money. thanks again mate and a recent pic of him. he has decided to live on top of the box rather than in it in the kennel but think he may move inside when it cools down abit.

    I was thinking that the other, we hear next to nothing. Down here in sunny Devon we don't get hardly anything in the papers about poaching

    Give it Some electrolytes and food. Sugar in water will do. In the uk we have the rpra but I don't know about birds from there. It may be from the uk as a lot of fanciers travel to holland and Belgium every year to buy birds.

    I have a 6 month old pup ATM, I know I'm the most impatient person there is so bought in an adult dog. The idea is to stop me running the pup to early and also alloy me sport during the season.

    I'm 19 and have no license yet travelled 378 miles each way only Friday to get a dog. Took 14 hours total

    I hunt 4 counties so if there's a really windy night during the summer I'll pop out for an hour to keep the dogs ontop. Also before the ban I'd run a buck or 2 when in antler but only bucks

    Perfect for bites aswell, first time we discovered it was when a staff pup had surface gang green. Misses also had it prescribed for sariasis. Great part of any working dog medical bag.

    Jreid and hedz are spot on IMO, why keep something not doing what is required? If the animal is a pet firstly and a worker secondly then fair enough keep it if it's crap but if it's only role is to work well I can't see the point keeping crap
