  1. I've had similar, one of the terriers got out, ran up the road into the local farmers house, into the kitchen and gaffed hold of their cat, he then bit the farmer when he tried to prise him off. The cat survived, but lost most of his teeth as the dog had him by the head. the farmer said 'if it's in the field fair play, but bit rich him coming into the kitchen' i have always found it very difficult to break them (terriers) to cats.
  2. it's been a slllloooooooowwwwww day, pleased the site's up again.
  3. GRRRRRR...... :clapper: True enough, Tenby went tits up when it went professional. The arseholes on the board at the time nearly bankrupted the club buying cars for everyone, it's never truly recovered. I suppose the Borderers would be your fiercest rivals these days. No 'these days' about it, ALWAYS. The edge has gone a bit as both teams have players from all over. When it was 100% local it was fierce. I went to school in Whitland and you didn't want to show your face if they'd won you. Boxing Day, had some drinking sessions afterward, wild days.
  4. Not really hated these days Mal, Tenby a good feeder club for the Otters in recent years, thanks!

  7. Hi one of the lurchers we use gets out of breath very quickly. Even on a half hour walk he's panting. When working he works well, but is noticeably breathing harder than another dog thats out at same time. this dog had Parvo and recovered, he is in great nick now, but could it be a hangover from that (14 months ago) any advice? Spin'

  20. This is a pic of it.. The 148 badger were taken off of 3500 acres of the 70,000 he says there must be over 1000 total on his property.. I am going over next month to help him w/ his problem.. If we cant find a Wheaton I will take a Black Mouth Cur to a tiny Game Pit then take them to a good sized Fell or Jagd... But like Rolly said why do all the mixing if there is a breed that will do what we want.. I would also like to invite anyone to come out here to Oregon with your dogs and hunt all the badger you can stand... Christian J. Looks good Bluecollar, and not a ra
