    Me too. The one I bought was too small. That's why I put the body size. I think all the 'fire models are smaller in the body like the Ledray etc. The numbers are confusing. My torches are none of these but I wouldn't trade em. yeah i got mine to kind of fit on but it was a pain in the arse it kept going through the various power settings so i gave up on it and just use the original push switch now

    i tried one it didnt fit to well maybe it was the wrong one for my torch but it still worked ok but i couldent get on with it

    s You have an FAC rifle? Only the FAC .22s come in packs of 500! no not fac my mistake there packs of 650 but still not that cheep but good all the same

    500 .22 are £12 quid plus postage cheepest ive found so far so there not cheep

    if you have sealed it well it might be ok but if it gets wet then it might start to turn. i work with oak all day and when the mixture of swet on my hands, oak and metal tools turns my hands black for days if it does start to go try the pickling tip i said first and see if you like it it can give a good look but if you have oiled it it might not work so well. if its going to be a practical working knife then i dont think it matters realy i would keep it on

    like most things now days there put in shiney packets and were told there brilliant and were charged 3 times the amount and we fall for it .. i tried the sabbos in my hw35 when i was a kid thet were rubbish but would go through a two pence peice at point blank that was impressive to a kid! ive used the old marksmans along with bulldogs eley wasps that was prity much the choice we had and all did the job and the quality back then was good. then we started to get hold of the h&n,s and i did like the flats. at the moment in using prometheus defients and the quality is very good and there ver

    i asked if it was oak because it may react with the metal and turn black if it does you could always pickle the oak by soaking wire wool in a jar of vinigar for a few days then scubbing the handle with it it will give the oak a dark near black finnish

    ive had a simlar thing happen when i had terriers a few years back. i was out for a mooch along a dissused railway when my bitch megan went to ground i quickly got a mark it was only shallow 18 inch or so. so i opened it up to two now dead cubs i got the dog removed the cubs and patched up the earth i walked up the track abit and digged a couple of feet hole and buried the cubs and thought no more of it until i passed the same way a couple of days later to find the cubs had been dug out of there grave and removed i can only presume it was the vixen claiming back her cubs. kanny

    to answer the original question we in the uk pay well over the odds for any gun were all being ripped of but thats just the uk way.. as for the springer vrs pcp theres pros and cons on both sides i like the german springers but im also getting quite fond of this superten its quite heavy so gives me a springer kind of feel the s200 was abit fly away for me but was great in a hide diffrent tools for diffrent jobs thats all if you was doing alot of night time chiken shed rat shooting it would be pcp all the way for mooching without a care in the world you cant beat a good springer. kanny

    there a cracking piece of kit ive just got rid of mine only because it was abit small for me being used to heavier spring guns if i had the budget for two guns i would have kept it for a hide gun.. a very capable rifle kanny

    how often should i expect to change these? ive noticed mine leeking abit when i put it on the scubba tank so ive orderd some more .any hint and tips much appreciated as im new to the pcp world and even newer to the superten. kanny

    i used to have hight scope mounts on my old hw35 so i could use both open and scope i could get a extra half an hour or more shooting time in as the scopes faild in the ever decreasing light and that was normaly the most productive half hour of the day. kanny
