  1. No problem buddy, zini on here does some awesome videos of his 97KT but it has the wooden stock, same rifle none the less although his is tuned by one of the best air rifle tuners in the country tony wall at sandwell field sports. Look up verminhunterstv on youtube and find the 97kt videos. Mawders
  2. Can I just ask why you would want to do that? It would mean alot of faffing around, not even sure if you can buy I see no reason why not as the mk3 came as a shrouded barrel. I would assume it would be easier to buy a mk3 mate.
  3. She's a real hum dinger! My shooting skills are fair at best, I swear its the rifle upping my ability. She's just soooo well balanced, never had a rifle like it. I'm yet to master her but when I do and my skills come along I reckon we'll be a match made in heaven!
  4. Well played there, Looks like we had a similar days shoot. I got a squizzer as well. Pics on the 'Mawders new rifle' thread in general chat. Cracking though isn't it going out for a few hours and bagging a trophy.
  5. Well, Went out this morning to have a go at the squizers and wasn't disappointed, the weather was cold and little snowflakes fell but that didnt stop me finding my little stretch of trees I like to sit in and wait for a squizer. Wasnt much about today, I think it was to cold for even the vermin. Still a good fews hours out walking around the 140 acres in search of Mr Nutkins. Only saw 2 or 3 squirrels out but two of these were in the distance running around and the one that was within range stayed still for to long. Distance to target was 30 yards and the only way of taking the shot wa
  6. If its really that old then yeah that's a good price, would be more appealing if it was 260 or 250 but not to be scoffed at if that's what you want.
  7. Look up huntersvermin on youtube, Irish fella that shoots pigeons with his .177 97KT synthetic. He's a very good shooter but you will see the accuracy he's getting from it.
  8. Craig I'll buy some tins when I get paid of various brands and try them, I'll send you some if you pm me your address. Us poor people have to band together! I'll get some good brands and send you some!
  9. Ha ha ha it's for lubing pellets silly!
  10. Wow! That was what I had in mind as well if I won the lottery! I've always said as long as people have fun and don't do anything stupid they could come and go for free! I wouldn't even charge, out sport is getting so expensive and syndicates buying up shooting rights I would love to give something like this for free to people who live our sport! Amen brother!
  11. Nice one si, I'll text ya my address. Very kind of you. Phil
  12. I would love to try the following pellets in my prosport as only tried AA fields in .177 H&N FTT Rws superfield Falcon accuracy plus Jsb exact Daystate lis Looking at like 30 quid or more to buy a tin of each. I've git AA fields coming out the ying yang though lol
  13. Good shout! Jsb are good pellets. Craig I know what you mean! As the sole bread winner in my house trying to keep the mortgage, bills, kids and wife at bay means I really have to think about buying a tin of pellets to try, worrying if they are crap I've wasted the best part of a tenner!
  14. Piano b*****d! That made me spit coffee everywhere when I read that, ha ha ha. Please request a username change that's so cool!
  15. I had one of these on loan to me recently which had been stage 1 tuned and it was one hell of an accurate little rifle, my god was it solid as well, like a panzer tank! I swear it felt like it could survive a nuclear missile! I only tried it at 30 yards with superdomes and must admit I think I could get tighter groups with a better pellet but I was happy none the less. Get a sling fitted si and its a cracking little mooching rifle!
  16. I wouldn't even be nice about telling him, I'm as subtle as a brick to the face when someone needs educating on the error of their ways! Someone at my club had their really expensive rifle in a vice type setup the other week and was literally not touching the gun only their finger pulling the trigger, I sat there and observed, noticed the grimace come across his face when I pulled a HW35 from its bag that had been lent to me by a valued friend. I then proceeded to smash the bull to ribbons in front of him at 30 yards, went and collected my target and just smiled at the bloke! Then said "t
  17. Fry don't kid yourself pal! You'll still reach for the pro sport! Lol
  18. Craig try falcon accuracy plus, made by the same factory as air arms pellets and air arms actually own them. No damaged pellets and suited my .22 95K I had a treat.
  19. Skott with groups like that mate I would save your money and not get a tune. You seem to know your way round a relube and such. Maybe save that money for a pcp or something. Alan go for .177, cheaper pellets, flatter trajectory. I shot .22 since being a lad and changed to .177 last month and don't think I'll go back unless a special rifle comes along at a good price. Cheers Phil
  20. Flask and a chocolate bar for when the sugar levels drop having trekked across acres and acres!
  21. You know my thoughts, got to be one of the best rifles out there mate! Cracking shooting and brilliant pics! Glad you like her pal, if I had more than one rifle I'm sure the others wouldn't get a look in!
  22. Absolutely brilliant, I've owned the HW95K SFS tuned .22 and it was brilliantly accurate but had to sell to fund a prosport. What awesome shooting with both rifles pal! Just goes to show the accuracy of the prosport though as well not even bedded in and straight from the box! Gonna have to buy some superfield now and give them a try. Cheers Phil
  23. Keep us posted, sounds like a good way of testing!
  24. Brilliant scopes, purchased one for my shooting partner for Xmas as his scope broke. Very clear and spot on for the price of a similar spec hawke. No problems with his and that sounds like a great price.
