Yeah give him another chance and financial help through rehab...but if he falls off the wagon again i'd just leave him to it. There's only so much help you can give a person if they don't have the willpower to go through with it themselves.

My springer had some kind of stomach problem before christmas, fed him rice and chicken for a few days and a spot of natural yoghurt and he was back to his normal self....but now it's back again so i might have to go to the vets...

You've not to lie in bed mate....if you can get up then go for a walk, keep mobile. Paracetamol and Muscle painkillers and you'll be dandy. Hot bath or they heat pads tae. No wanking....i know that will be a hard one..lol

I've tried walking Lab, i took the dogs out for 5 mins then i couldn't go any further and came home..had a shower no better, now laid back on the bed again.

I just increase distance in the run up to the season, now it's over i'm down to about a 3 mile walk twice a day then let them off on the fields to muck about and swim in the ponds. In the run up to the season i try to get them down the beach as often as i can, lots of running and proper swimming especially if it's a hot summer, we usually walk up the coast for about 4/5 miles, then back again. Hoping for a nice day tomorrow actually so i can have a wander down the sea front for a look out!

I'm not worried as such, no point worrying when you'll be vaporized into dust if it lands anywhere near you!! hopefully it takes out the whole of the middle east but leaves our troops miraculously unharmed, or is that too much to ask for?
