Made plenty of mistakes and i'm only 22. My first job i walked out and went back to three times, the boss was a proper twat and i hated him but i'd sit for a couple of days and he'd be on the phone "you've gotta get back in mate it's going to shit" blah blah, i do regret the last time i walked out 'cause the money and hours were decent (plus it was full of women) just the pressure got to me and that was it. Always flitted from crap job to crap job, got working for npower, went for promotion from front line to team leader and was told because i was agency staff, i couldn't go for it. Tried

Never really been a fan of cats but I've owned two, one a family pet and the other a ginger kitten I found in a larsen about a year ago who lives in my shed. Does no harm I suppose! Don't see why you'd set dogs on them, trap or shoot if asked by the landowner only.

Could always buy a heat pad for the bed area, they're just a luxury however they seem to warm the beds up nicely. Set them on a timer to come on at 9, lock the dogs in at half 9/10 ish and the heat pad turns off at 2am so it sufficiently warms the kennel without overkill. My two are always in the house in the day/evenings depending on if people are in, mention the word "bed" and they run to the back door to be put away -
