  1. Bull x make a great robust healthy companion for an active type owner IMO, quiet in the house and happy to curl up by the fire all day but just as happy to spend all day out and about.
  2. Now thats smart wouldn't mind something like that myself.
  3. I remember this wrongun that used to hang around with me and my pals in our teens one night started telling us all this "hilarious" story about the time he put a cat in a sack and hit it against a wall til it died. Jesus, the beating he got off the rest of us he's probably still feeling it now Really can't understand how there wasn't even one kid in that group with enough bollocks and morals to put a stop to it.
  4. Did we grow up in the same house? Describes my childhood exactly, except the pit village bit, we weren't animals The good old days

Now there's something we're in 100% agreement on But the added stress of raising young kids in homes that you're doing up and then flipping makes it more impressive an achievement, your wife must be a saint putting up with living in a building site and constantly moving home while pregnant/looking after a newborn and all while you're barely home working two jobs. Stress? My boyish good looks are long gone, I'm passed the Maccy's m phase already. Why do you think I work such long hours? The little bastids can't get me when I'm at work or decorating the living room,it's not work eth

This is honestly quite impressive, you managed to build up a property portfolio, spend "too much" time in the army (why are you so vague about your service record ) and father 5 kids all before your mid 20s. Where do you find the time. Oh and you had a full time job too Too much time doesn't necessarily mean a particularly long time, though I won't go into that with strangers online,if you or anyone else here doesn't believe me then so be it. Stolen valour it is then. I've worked full time since I left school, most decent young men do,in fact while doing up my first house I had 2 jobs

That was my first thought too, you couldn't even get the travellers I've known to go into a graveyard at night let alone start digging up graves.
  14. who else is there other than nigel?? trump will get that one. ukip is gtbs only hope. you tell that to your boss corbyn lol Paul Nuttall. He's the guy people on the left are actually worried about but Farage and his ego stopped him taking over as leader of the party.
  15. The unelectable Nigel Farage when are folk going to stop pinning their hopes on that chancer As for the US presidential election it's still a year away, a lot can change in that time.

Iv got to mates earning 100 grand each a year, I reckon if there was an economic cash tomorrow they would be in the shiit... I wouldn't feel sorry for em though...if I earned that I would of bought a house outright and put it in my kids name and I'd have a load of gold coins in my safe...if your taking a gamble always back up your bets. Saving enough to buy a house outright and put some gold coins aways while paying bills, rent etc all on 100 grand a year? Wish I had your money managment skills Buy a small flat, save, improve upon then sell the flat at a profit and buy a house/bette

Now brand new cars on tick really is fecking stupid, by the time you've paid it off it's worth feck all at least with a house it's only going up in value while you pay it off.

Assuming you actually had 75 grand a year to save which you wouldn't, it'd still take over 10 years to save enough for a house a few gold coins. Living like a pauper while bringing in 6 figures for over a decade just so you can avoid a mortgage? And that's sensible? 10 years saving 75 grand a year Move to the north east for 750k you'd get a mansion with a swimming pool for that money Yeah but then I'd have to live in the same area as you, don't think I could stomach it

Remember every penny you spend on rent while saving is money you're just pissing down the drain when you could be using it to pay off a mortgage which is an investment really.

  25. Yes I do. If he wasn't willing to do it then they should have gone to someone who was. He's entitled to his beliefs, and should also be protected from discrimination and coercion. If Britain has indeed changed the law that you can sue for discrimination, based on a refusal to serve, then you're all f****d! Good luck with Blighty. I won't be back! You can refuse service to anyone on an individual basis but the law gets involved if you start refusing service to whole groups of protected minorities, the same as in the states with the laws that put an end to segregation i think?
