And that needs to be varied. Every day. Not just a handful of meals what you keep rotating.
There's healthy eating and there's healthy eating. It's rediculously expensive to eat healthy compared to eating junk food and that's the point I'm making.
Women knew how cook and were not too lazy to learn either, making stuff with leftovers etc.
