    It's in a small box, full of hay, inside a small cage. The biggest problem were having is keeping it warm constantly - have to remember to re-heat the wheat bag thingy...... A reptile heat mat with a thermostat might be worth getting. Can be picked up quite cheap online or you might find someone giving one away locally on Facebook
