    Bullfighting

Exactly the same as me as soon as I heard they had different strains of bull with different styles etc I was interested Something about 100 year old strains bred for certain elusive mental and physical traits just pushes the right buttons for me, crossover with the dog world is obvious. Thanks Bryan and DIDO for your posts, definitely sparked a new interest in me

    Bullfighting

Uniting against a common enemy that hates us both for the same reason. Makes sense to me.

  4. When we emigrated we were treated just like the Muslims are today, worse even. No Dogs No Blacks No Irish Remember? Find it so sad Irishmen allying themselves with people and causes that 50 years ago saw us bogniggers as no different to our darker cousins. They only accept us now to make up the numbers
  5. Definitely not ! It would be usurped as a second referendum. The £ and the markets have just about recovered, and the EU is coming to terms with our decision. The last thing anyone needs is more uncertainty...... Think I agree with this TBH, we need stability right now... It's a shame though because obviously Labour are in the perfect position to fight and win a GE campaign right now Joking aside, I would normally have said that the new PM should go to the country at the first opportunity, but I don't feel that the democratic process would be served by holding an election in the near fut
  6. is that the little bit of right coming out of you I just respect a man who has principles and sticks to them, even if I don't agree with them. Funnily enough Rees-Mogg has actually said the same about Corbyn before He think he's a principled man and admires his courage d you think hannan and mogg could play a bigger role in the future ? Neither are PM material IMO but I could see Rees-Mogg getting a prominent cabinet position down the line now that he won't be fighting the leadership over Europe. Hannan is only an MEP right now but I imagine they'll find a seat fo

  8. Poor Jacob I think it's brilliant he hasn't dropped the accent or the other class signifiers like the rest of the Tory toffs, we should all be proud of where we come from.
  9. Rees-Mogg is actually one of the very few Tories I have any time for. Might disagree with him on a lot but he's a gentleman and has principles, two things very lacking in most politicians
  10. Well done kanny now I'm going to have to derail this thread for the next 10 pages telling you all Corbyn isn't going anywhere...
  11. Nothing about freedom of movement I see hmmmm Put the gun down.... for now Lol I've just seen the full speech Made sure to leave a hell of a lot of wriggle room though didn't she

  14. May has said UK will stay a part of ECHR and there will be no election before 2020. Article 50 to be invoked before the end of the year. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/theresa-mays-tory-leadership-launch-statement-full-text-a7111026.html
  15. The referendum result is more of a symptom than a cause
  16. True, it could well just be part of the shameful current upwards trend in attacks on the Muslim community. Far too soon to be trying to observe any trend as a result of the referendum. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/brexit-muslim-racism-hate-crime-islamophobia-eu-referendum-leave-latest-a7106326.html
  17. There's been an increase in attacks on Muslims and Asians too. https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/1356778/halal-butcher-in-the-midlands-is-firebombed-as-tensions-run-high-after-brexit-vote/
  18. It's a poison challis for sure Exactly!...........But there's no denying he had his eye on the job, preferably under a remain outcome? ...cynical I know ;-) A narrow remain win so he could be the "unity" candidate after Cameron stepped down was his plan
  19. A really fine animal pal, cracking shape too Makes that bull x look like a whippet
  20. Good man knew you were a socialist at heart
  21. theres a few differences, ira terrorists were fighting for land in the country they were born there wasnt catholics from all over the world blowing people up simply because they werent catholics. As has been seen on here many irish catholics and even uk catholics have sympathy for the ira cause, muslims are the same even if they arent actively involved they will sympathise with IS views. Question for you and BGD if by some miracle IS launched an invasion and succesfully captured GB what percentage of british muslims would embrace their new government and what percentage would rally with u
  22. LOL, that's a loaded question! I promise not to add anyone to any lists!
  23. Anyone on here actually a member of the Conservative Party? Interesting to see how those that actually get a vote will be voting.
  24. He gave a speech to big bussiness leaders at the British Chamber of Commerce back in March and met with loads of big and small business owners up and down the country during the referendum campaign He went to 20 cities didn't he? The cities are miles from me and are nothing like the valleys in any way. He should've been touring the villages because that's where the real problems lie imo. No disagreement from me there pal, the villages and forgotten towns in the old industrial areas are exactly where he should be going and I'd want to see a lot more of that during a GE campaign My
