I hardley think mart is getting all the soft harmless badgers while everybody else gets these demon badgers that only a BLACK DOG can stop. funny i dont remember saying about black dogs and theyre not the be all and end all in my opinion. ive seen my share of good ,bad ,bayers and grips in all breeds. i prefare russells or borders but theres no denying that the bigger majority of blacks seem to work

    you should dig a badger and release it and dig it again n see how the dog would cope with a stripe thats been dug before cause sooner or later your gona come across a nasty b*****d that tries to remove your dog from its home and the first time that happens your gona want another dog that stops. im sure that we dog would make an exellent foxing dog . just my opinion ( ive had the pleasure of seeing this happen when i was holidaying in france)

    its up to u mate i had the exact problem with the lurcher pup i kept bak he was coming on brilliant traind him like i wud a gundog, but he got it into his head that he musta wanted to join the welsh miners choir cause he started the howling and singing shite and the neighbours didnt take too kindly to getting woke up at 3/4am. ended up wi the housing executive and council wanting to come out to inspect the property, thats when the dog got sent up the road not worth the hassle mate when the neighbours are upset, or ull end up on the radar of the animal protectors wanting to be nosey.

    fs lads all i evr hear on here is anti this anti that, fcuk the anti groups if they get offendd then thy shouldnt come on here or interfere with hunts or hunting. pity the fkn government doesnt tell them that too. fair play to the hungarian lads and the dogs cos once again theyre called upon to do a job and they do it below ground puting theyre livs on the line without a second thought. my respect lies with the terriers not the game.

    Thanks for letting me know how to run Game Fairs and terrier & lurcher shows - I am only the person who launched the first sustainable Irish Game Fair in 1979 and who agreed to host one of the first major terrier & lurcher shows in 1980!     Mally, We have tried to sort this problem out - at fairly great expense I may add - by introducing novice lurcher events to let ordinary guys run without having to meet 'elite' racing dogs. We have also tried KC registered and non ped split - that got criticism because people couldn't afford or be bothered to register their dogs. This time round we had 'Pure Bred' whippets and non ped /Under 21 classes. Still disputes. I really do wonder why I bother. I was asked personally to look at three whippets to rule on whether they were 'pure bred'. It was easy on two - the other I thought marg

    never seen any of the final's like i said on the other thread to albertj suppose the filth watching never helped the classes and thats maybe why i thought it was poor because the classes i was interested in where dropped but thinking about it reckon it was maybe for the best to try and stop anyone else getting in bother with the law u think it was sh1te mate, f**k me with all going on in here think ill lev the pups at home lolol. people yas dont need to prove your dogs to anybody if yas are happy with how they work yes mate like i said could've been because they had to drop afew classes filt

    tosh bruno had him going and backed off rather than going in to finish him and that shows that h didnt have the heart or killing instinct to do the job. he had the schooling and trainning best medical care and grub and was beaten before the bell even went because he wasnt mentally right. and it shows thru even today cos hes in and out of the nut house....... maybe it shows he had the natural size, strength co ordination etc but wasn't schooled right and if he'd been taught his job properly he'd have known when to go in for the finish........like i said it's down to the trainer it just
