Fish soup the thought never appealed to me to be honest. But got plenty mullet. couple spuds carrot leek pepper onion and threw in a chilli Added mullet near end to hold it together. was pretty nice

Sorry to hear that Ray end of an era mate very sad. I blubbered like baby when I did mine down the vet and she came out and did it back of van for me. We spend so much time with the buggers. He had a grand life with you that’s what counts. Next dog you have be lucky one too

I would say time. I’ve said before I bought kit that was absolutely terrified of any noise. I write her off and forgot about. Few months later I suddenly noticed she had stopped zooming off and cowering and turned into my best worker. Just a trust thing I reckon time will cure at least with your dogs.

It’s nice to have a keen working dog they are great fun and characters. But unless you’re one of the few that can have some serious control over your dog. Some walks can be a bit of a pain. You’re constantly weighing up what if a fox pops out that hedge and goes across the school playing field. What about that road there. What about the 200 sheep in lamb in that field. In my area mine has to stay on a lead a lot. When we go see the daughter in Scotland the amount of deer and nosey sods is ridiculous. We could get in serious trouble. But yea all ways wanted a whippet lol

Thank you yes I am lucky to be in good bass area. Home made fried fish tastes much fresher and cleaner than your average chippy. Going by your pics you eat well your self. Good for you enjoy
