We have a couple of acres in Co. Limerick with road access and permission to build a house on. Given inflation etc. and the tax implications of renting a house, would you: Build a bungalow on it and rent it as a holiday let. Build a bungalow and keep it as a holiday home. Keep the land as an investment. Sell the land.

Yeah. That's what I've got on there. Not very good off road. I think they do a few versions of them though.

I need 4 A/T tyres on my truck. Choices are BF Goodrich at £1000 for the 4 or Cooper Discover AT3 for about £600. I don't go off-road every day but the lanes round here can be challenging for normal tyres. I'd like something that's fairly quiet and well behaved on road. Any pros/cons for the above choices or any better suggestions? Ta.

Last time it was tracked it had swam 250 miles in 6 days, so could well be the same one. The one here was sitting on the back of boats in the harbour and nearly sinking them.
