  2. bruce does seem to being doing ok and building a decent side but i think the fans are in uproar about there owner wanting to change there name and i agree it should never happen maybe he was to much of a footballer for sams hump it and bypass midfield tactics nash
  3. i would buy safc and change there kit to black and white stripes just for max but i would more than likely see family right and give alot to charity and get the lad sorted
  4. the old hob i lost was a good worker blind from birth not the fastest of workers but didnt miss much and bolted what the jills may of missed and when he did kill stuck with it till dug but he was reliable and the little lad often pulled him off or out of hole ends i know he will he missed this season but i would never dismiss what a hob can do especially worked behind a jill or two in big places
  5. different styles but both get the job done
  6. you aint got to tell me there a bit clueless this time of year.you were the people telling me that there is nothing a deer x can do that a bull x can't and i just gave an example of coursing and then a challenge then you lot said a bull x can do a better job with foxing and i will accept the night or day out. i said 99% of bull x's are rubbish there proberly are a few that can do day and night foxing week in week out. 1% will be bred from genuine parents. see ted that whats i mean about clueless i have seen a few 3/4 1/4 grey/bull that took good numbers of all edible more than likely b
  7. i wouldnt fancy working a dog that hasnt eaten for that length of time
  8. better waiting till jan ted then you will get a more educated fox there still a bit green this time of year and take him back out a few nights later for the same and then again for the same and then come back and we will see if you still think the same way

  10. you are either on the wind up ted or you are totally clueless now i know and have seen deerhound xs and they do make a handy dog and even though there not my first choice i wont dismiss what they can and will do
  11. Glad you mentioned the 70 & 80's Bird, because in that era the apbt was at it's very best, and maybe on into the really 90's, in them era's there was a lot of game tested dogs on the scene, genuine tested dogs that had been tested against others of the very same standard. Bred to a good greyhound bitch these dogs produced the best bull x runners I've ever seen, I personally know of men who had these dogs and had the pleasure to see a few of them doing their job, 5-6 foxes a night 4-5 times a week, in that era it was easy to find foxes in them numbers. For me the bull x of today is
  12. to be honest ted i dont think you have seen much of anything to be honest a bit of bull goes a long way and adds bit of something in most mixes hence why alot have put a bit of it in and has for bull xs i doubt you have seen anything to be honest and theres still very decent stuff being bred and worked to a very good standard if you know were to look and no not all are bred out of pet staffs why not just enjoy your dog and stop talking shite for once about something you nothing about compo thats a nice stamp you have there and atb with him
  13. try p***y poacher if shes a good bitch and worthy and im not sayig she not he might be your man
  14. i appreciate both your comments. those dogs took every fox we came across so did it for us. i'm just a bit old school. doesn't help that everyone i come across seems to run a bull x at the minute. i've said before and i'll stick by this....what do folk think were used before bull x became the must have dog ? having said that i appreciate there must be some good bull x around. but i just aint seen any down here i have seen all manor of crosses take them and do the job very well but for hard regular nights bull x or the wheaton x cant be matched but thats imo
  15. i agree with bosun i dont doubt what you say is true rob theres taking foxes and then theres fox dogs and i dont think the cross you mentioned could live with the purpose bred fox dog [bull x ] but its always a pleasure watching other crosses work

  18. Nobody should be allowed to stop you from saying what you think....unless what you're 'thinking' is that you'll do harm to innocent members of our society because they are different to you. Maybe any Briton who is anti muslim should also be shown the door were to exactly and since theses are christian countrys who show far more intergration in there own country than muslims do over here and in there own sand blasted shite holes i think thats a bit rich pesky
  19. i agree ray it happened near me something much the same it was said on facebook he was this and that because he was a loner it was only the lad next door who was a decent lad who could more than hold his own and was known to and who grew up with him and he ended up putting a few away after so the hassle that happened and stopped things getting out of hand my question was if this bloke can catch them before the police how or why can he and then gain successful convictions before the police can
