    I was looking at some Salukis on youtube in the middle east racing. They were very impressive but what struck me (knowing nothing about them) was they all looked very short haired and non of the feathering you usually see. Is that because they shave them because of heat or are they a different strain? I think some were pure and some had Greyhound in.

    , don't mention tree rats , my 2 go crazy for them . when I walking though tis wood on my walk, it go main track through it where people walk . well the other day my dogs went flat out down the path , they seen a tree rat , and just about turned off the track , it not so bad with my 1 dog Bryn running towards a person on the path , but Buck they shit there selves and freeze , he don't hit them thank god , he just turns off in time .     The best ever fox repellant is wire,especially if it is made into a loop,lead works but is time consuming,terriers work well enough,yet they need to find them,wire works 24hrs a day,even if you piss on it. Thats one thing I would support a ban on...and Ive set a few myself.

    You are spot on mate. Too many negatives and die hard reds on here sometimes. We would all be speaking German (no offence) if the commy cowards had there way. You can bet on one thing,and that is if the ban was repealed all these doubters would soon be on the bandwagon shouting I WAS THERE!!! I went on the march bla bla. The time to be positive is now. We are in the best position for years but we need to stand together.

    When I worked for a keeper as a youngster we were always encouraged to piss around the release pens and never close to snares or traps. I think the stink of piss and getting voltage through the nose helped to put them off.

    Well I hope they do. I have been voting Tory since I was old enough to vote (a long time) purely to protect all field sports,as an old keeper I worked for at the time said, If you want to keep this lot (meaning our way of life) then you need to vote for the tories.. And if they had been in power we wouldnt be suffering under this degrading ban today..

    we need to make sure they know we voted for them to do it,but its a free vote and it depends how much support there is for repeal..It could go wrong if its not timed right. What we need to be doing is taking guidence from the countryside alliance on this..What we dont need is negativity and name calling..Leave that to the antis..

    I dont blame them..Some people spent a fortune on seats,bets or both. I couldnt understand when Manny had Floyd on the ropes after hurting him he just stopped and stood back. Understandable if he was getting nowhere but he had just landed a bodyshot behind the right elbow of Floyd.

    Another thing and just my opinion obviously,a true champ doesnt worry about what gloves or box the other bloke is wearing. He is in a position where people who want to fight him have to agree to virtually every little demand that he makes.
