    yeah she is happy there, can easy keep an eye on them too, just nowhere to hang the lamp so using a small heater and moving it from time to time

    Bull x Whippet has had her first litter with no complications so far. Seven healthy looking pups, only thing is she has refused to stay in the whelping box and taken them all to her bed. . . bit of a mess but long as they're warm and she is settled thought I'd best leave them there for now.     First night out on the lamp last night with me dog being in pup and ferrets too young to work (well timed I know) me uncle took me out for a shine with the rifles for a few hours. Don't shoot rifles much myself, do more with the shotgun, dogs or ferrets, but had a good night. Started off about a stubble field, quick shine and spotted 4 eyes and long ears. One took off with no stopping but the other stayed put. First one in the bag with a head shot. Took off to the next part of our permission, seeing a couple of fallow deer on the way, mother and calf, always nice to see. Next field wa
