    100m sprinters? Aye theyre big cnuts.... but run them 105metres and they would flop.... Ofcourse there are exceptions.... But one of the easiest things to do is sprint a short distance Aye theyre fit...to do it at peak peformance.... But not in the same league as cyclists...boxers...climbers....triathletes etc.

    Looking for a decent book to read.... Just finished 'i walked by night' and it was pish Only decent one ive read...is 'of pedigree unknown'.... Something aling those lines...plummer...darcy....whoever. Whippet/lurcher/ferreting related... Can swap for a catapult frame (just needs banding)... or similar. Cheers.
