  1. It appears thare are seperate qualifications in English, Scottish, and UK Law. If a Lawyer is qualified in UK Law, he/she can practice anywhere in the UK. Cheers When i was arresed in scotland i had to wait 5 hours for a lawyer to come from durham as scottish solicitors are only qualified in scotish law and english lawyers in english law. Military personnel are under english law so an english law qualified lawyer had to be called. Cant argue with Sacs cover. 30 quid a year and got somebody to call who WANTS to help you.
  2. Is there any ideas for a THL app for android or iphone? Its been mentioned on here a few times and im sure theres a large percentage of this forum who use their phones/ipads/tabs to acces it. Theres a lot of other forums that have an app such as the working whippet forum and the whipprt forum. The app is called '**"£$%^&*('. Is there anything in the pipeline for this? Cheers

Cheapest around and will do anything they can to help you. Its a fair travel for me, take me 35 mins to get there when theres a lot of vets closer to home. Dont know if i have ocd but: The coffee, sugar and tea jars have to be evenly spaced infront of a tile. The carpet in the livingroom need to be inline with the tv unit. The bed has to be made before i get in it. The dogs collsrs need to be put on a certain way depending which side they are walking on. EVERYTHING in my garage needs to be orderly. I need to sort the kit/equipment immediatley after a trip out. I have to put the lamp on charge as soon as i get in, ferreting kit cleaned, nets sorted out, wellies hosed down, boots polished, locator batteries taken out, ba
  12. £40 start price at altberg. Asked a few weeks ago when i was there.
  13. I have to agree the altberg boots are the best ive came across and im in them 5 days a week at work and a day at the weekend. BUT I went for my annual fitting and this time was shiite. Guy sized me up for a size 11!! Been size 9 for 6 years. I also needed a quote for the new green/brown boots and a pair of desert boots and he refused to give me the quote. Only one he said. I thought he had to do calculations but he just looked on the side of the box and wrote the price down!! A couple of us went and felt we had a shiite service. All the times prior have been great. Alt

  17. Was sat next to wanyama's cousin today. He was wearing a rolex and all the expensive gear- wonder if wanyama has paid for that. And he was playing for the army football team, wonder if the name got him there?
  18. Right lads. After contacting a local council ive been given permission to use some ground although im not sure where exactly it is! Ive jist recieved an email and a bit of it makes me laugh! Heres a part of what was wrote: "This grass road has a hedge ether side and is gated at the road end. Our main concern would be that other small dogs could be savaged by the dogs chasing the lure so your group would need to ensure the road had been checked for any other users prior to using the lure and members of your group would need to be stationed at either end of the grass road" 'Savaged
  19. watch out next time your out with the dog, CSD_88 might be lurking in the bush watching you because HE HAS SEEN YOUR DOG WORK!!
  20. Your bags look great nelson. Im not knocking them For me, a respirator havasack will do fine. I just put the nets in mine and put it in my rucksack with the rest of my gear. The amount of kit you can potentially carry for a ferreting trip is endless. I try to keep it down with minimum kit and generally only take what will fit in my daysack. The havasack holds around 35 nets and the rest go in the car incase. (Not about numbers for us, few holes missed is sport for the dogs). I have a T bar that is going to get cut down to fit in the bag. Locator and a flask- all goes in the bag s
