-
the chairman of my club has a March scope stunning glass but for me way to expensive unless me numbers come up also look through several different models at the shooting show a couple of years ago and love the rets available.

are you on a wind up ? The reason people fettle spring rifles or choose to tune them is to get the best from them the same goes for pcp upgraded silencers regs triggers the list goes on

Sorry should have updated SOLD -
So technically when it arrives with the original spring / power setting you have an unlicensed firearm in your possession ? Just asking ? http://benke-sport.de/epages/0c46145f-7e4f-48fd-838f-6905968e8cf1.sf/de_DE/?ObjectPath=/Shops/0c46145f-7e4f-48fd-838f-6905968e8cf1/Categories/Druckluftwaffen/Luftgewehre/Steyr may have to translate page but can select power required and pay with paypal LOL

Nice bit of shooting mate
-
Most of the noise from a spring rifle is what you hear when your head is on the rifle get someone else to shoot it when you are 10yrds away Its never going to be as quiet as a pcp with silencer attached though. If you have a new kit fitted then the rifle needs atleast 2 tins through her just to bed in. I would suggest you get it over a chronograph also if you do not know the power Stick with it and it will improve your shooting technique and keep you honest.

Cheers Simon am still around buddy just not as active as once was ;)Hope all is well mate I agree there is an element of brand bashing for bashing sake..........But there are plenty of genuine complaints also as Villaman experienced for example. Real shame in my eyes as they are beautys when working
-
I agree with you mate as to commenting on your own experience and others and if my experience with daystate had been similar i would be screeming from the rooftops i can only comment on the my experience of my airwolf brought new and my panther brought second hand. both have been faultless from day one even with all the electrickery have been shot in all weathers and allthough i like my kit to look as new they are used in the field and ranges equally

A couple of fellas have brought the steyr lg110 hft which are £2000 over here and saving £400 quid by buying abroad and shipping straight to your door including some extras like airstrippers and quickfill cylinders

Has Your Shooting Style Changed Much Over The Years?
risingfriend replied to Dr B's topic in General Airgun Discussion
yeah i used to proper crap shot...............now i just crap LOL i now hunt less than i did still once a week minimum but all my time was spent hunting be it from a hide or stalking. but the last year have done more HFT target shooting and have found this has a massive benefit for both range and wind estimation -

looks cracking mate -
I have a daystate huntsman classic in .177 with ss tray and 10 shot Rowan hamster and sling studs with quality leather sling and daystate silencer, i brought this from a guy i work with as he had put less than a tin of pellets through it since buying. i had brought it for my 10 yr old son to use but the length of pull is to long. Have spent saturday pellet testing and will shoot cloverleaf groups at 45 yrds comfortably using jsb exact running at a nice 11.2 also. i am wanting what i paid for it. It is unmarked and as close to new as possible looking for £500 face to can been seen at the remain

Well Got It.. Now Guess The Cal???
risingfriend replied to mattybugeye's topic in General Airgun Discussion
Love the 97 not keen on the synthetic stock or thumbhole version they look the dogs danglies but i prefer the thumb up position from a sporter stock i had a stock made for mine in the end best of both worlds Give it time mate the weight will seem less once she is stacking pellets and a good sling and studs should help in the field -
PCP my daystate panther MK4is an spring ifle would have to be my 97. if the choice was just one then it would be the 97 just for the grin factor
