We don't get a lot in Dorset ,2010 was the last time and that lasted 3-4 weeks

Been reading on another forum it's down to the smooth twist barrels and does not just lie with impacts but wildcats as well But it might be people jumping on the bandwagon

Same here but the only add on i liked was the Ward D-700 , they have a new one out the 800 But £800 ,for that you can pick up a second hand Pulsar 870LRF

With most dedicated NV units it seems you need to add some kind of doublers . When i first got a Pulsar N550 5 years ago i thought it was good but something was missing , so added a sony doubler and never looked back and now i have it on the N870lrf. My mate has just got a Pulsar N970 LRF and once again needs a doubler , my other shooting mate has new photon and once again had to put a tele focus lens on it to make it any good and IMO and my other shooting mates the photon is still not that good with it on , trouble is after looking through the 870lrf or the 970lrf with a doubler on everyt
