another enjoyable day in the field with the lurcher, I saw in the distance what appeared to be a tree rat, but as it got closer, I realised it was a stoat, which entered a warren, so thought, get the dog ready for any bolters, sure enough, they piled out, young'uns, slipped the dog, and she had one, further on into our mooch, she marked a bed of nettles, up on her hind legs looking, the nettles were waist high, ive wondered what her would do under those circumstances, shes witnessed nettles, so I waded in and moved the bugger, turned around, and just copped her diving in, didn't get the rabbi

good luck with your search, will be nice company for your lurcher, get yourself a pup, bring it on to your liking, and reap the rewards

Didn't get out till about 4ish today, anyways into our mooch penny started to circle this small copse. up on her back legs giving it what for, when out shot this bunny, only a young'un, but she had it in her gob in seconds, she is still immature, but shes getting there, no rush, out into the open she went, she has been reluctant to give the buggers up, but ive been using a whistle on her for a couple of weeks, couple of blows , and she brought it back alive straight to hand, the look on her face, she was as proud as feck, but not as proud as I was, lots of praise then back home,

Always prided myself in getting into the minds of my dogs, on the very day I lost Nell, the pup came into season, what a transformation in her, from a boisterous pup, to now a steady and calm pup, Im no dog whisperer, but could it be she is missing Nell, is it her season that's calmed her down, couple of weeks back, I was having difficulty with recall with her, now ive only gotta look at her and shes by my side, shes up my arse every woken moment, im not complaining, I love it, I have bonded with her and she has bonded with me. wishing my life away here, but cant wait for the winter months, ju

First ever on a one to one basis with my pup proper flush and catch in the open, worked the hedgerows like a goodun. out into the open field, ive put a couple of runs in front of her, but she now knows the buggers don't just run in a straight line, so I told her, good dog , that ones for NELL
