I toke a 2 year old ewe to be cut up ( would not get in lamb ) just had chops they a tiny bit more tough compared to lamb but loads of flavour am pleased rest of joints I will do low and slow maybe do some in Dutch oven over fire in summer

They very similar to pheasant quite rich but with a very hard shell !

Duck eggs make amazing cakes , when I worked on game farm we got all the double yoker pheasant eggs they was spot on , miss my guinea fowl eggs too

It's a new one iv never spent so much on something I can't drive or ride ha , my mate works at a farm shop and got me a very good deal on it with his discounts etc , it's £140 for a builders bag of logs around here now so hopefully it will pay for its self quite quickly, I Was looking at second hand ones but for not much more can get new with a warranty, soon as the land drys up iv some ash with die back to take down for a lady ( will get half of the wood ) so that should keep me going for a bit ,

I'd say about 6 or 7 inches the trigger slides in and out on a bar but can't see how it operates caps or anything? Iv had a googel and can't see one the same as this ?

I got a pair of wax over trousers form Yorkshire Tradeing reduced for £5 about 12 13 years a go iv re waxed them a few times n the liner is knackered but they grate for ferreting will defo get another pair when these give up

4 day one I did was in a class room 2 days and 2 days in the woods they a 30 minute assessment thing had to get a tree snaged on purpose n show how to get it down safe etc had to do 3 different fell cuts I can only remember 2 ,,
