old school irish lime kills eggs/larve soaks up dampness can be mixed with paint and used to seal cracks burns all knowen beasties dead brush in leave for a few hours and brush out, use in kennels hutches bird housing ect

theres a few topics around just now regards fleas and hutch maintenance at the mo heres my take , most incectesides will kill adults and babies but not eggs/larve . bleach will but drys/evaporates quickly and would require at least a monthly application ... a few cupfuls of irish lime should be used and brushed into gaps, cavitys then the excess brushed out ,the lime will kill all eggs/larve fleas, ticks,red mite ,ants slaters anything that crawls and jumps .only requires application twice a year late spring / late summer . the lime can be mixed with emulsion /cuprinol ect and painted in to se

should work as your nominating some 1 who actually uses the ferret section .tbh overall theres 16 mods on this site and simonman is the only 1 off the top of ma head who gets involved regular mostly lurcher/terrier section thats also almost as bad as the ferret section ,dammed dog men ....... its easy to say dont read it or just ignore it but it dont take long for decent threads to get lost i want pics of jia shovell ,rake aboots mod jacket with the target on the back, vedubs wee dug in a cast ,joes ferret hotel ect :laugh:
