    I have a gamekeeper Caty here, one of his most basic versions I believe, a couple of mates have got wasp ones recently and rave about how good they are. Anyone here using them, rate them?

    Very nice indeed ?. May I ask where you got the knife? I had one like that, believe they were made by Whitby? A companion for nearly twenty years till some bastad knicked mine. Mine had lighter scales than yours.

    The Deer initiative lot are like a cancer in the west country, making out like they are the only people who know about deer and telling the land owners that it will be great for them. Heard some seriously worrying takes of what they get up to once thei foots in the door.

    Me neither. I can get plenty of roe but I've never been really taken with them. I've recently landed a small area of red, hopefully try for a hind later this month or beginning of December.

    Cheers for the heads up, my favourite is fallow doe, stinky bugger's but best taste imo. Unfortunately when I was ill and thought I'd had my chips I gave up my permissions, immediately got snatched up by deer initiative. Never get that back.

    I thought it was common knowledge that the screws deliberately let the general dross in prisons get to the nonces and rapists? As if they are somehow better? Than the sex offenders ?

    My Mrs grows quite a lot of chilli varieties each year, also sweet peppers etc. Second year in a row that the chilli seed seller has completely mislabeled them ? These were meant to be sweet bell peppers, nope!!! She chopped one into a sweet and sour one now that I wasn't home, it's off the scale hot. It looks slightly like a scotch bonnet but it's way way hotter.

    Called out to one again yesterday where the neighbour "had a go" he genuinely had a swollen head where he had received 18 stings to the face ???? I see this all the time, really gives me a chuckle seeing people like it just to save a few quid.

    Back when I did my level 2 a guy was on the course who specialises in exactly this. Fascinating to listen to what was involved, a badger removal and relocation and all the digger work and then burying in the steel sheeting started at 35k but usually a lot more money than that.

    Some good beers there! ? Dorset is mainly badger these days, several of the good old breweries have gone bust or been bought out by green king etc.
