i dont think they can stop you,but i would definitely check first with your own council. also id recommend having a word with your neighbours but they normally dont mind once you give them a few eggs. as long as you keep their housing clean(because they can stink)you shouldnt have any problems and remember to keep an eye out for rats ,because chicken feed is like a magnet to them so dont leave any food out at night apart from that go for it youll love them

the weather is well f@@@@d up at the moment,i was out for a couple of hours this morning with the dog and it was like siberia,even had a bit of a blizzard for 10 minutes,now its bright sunshine and the winds have died down,im in hertfordshire
