  3. Goats milk is better for dogs than cows milk mate, They digest it easier sorry bud i never specified which milk but i use the 1% fat stuff i dont even know if any shops near me sell goats milk i've never seen it in them but mind you i wasnt really looking ANY FARMING SUPPLIERS THAT SELLS BAGS OF POWDERED CALFS MILK WILL SELL GOATS MILK ALSO. HOWEVER GOATS MILK IS MORE EXPENSIVE AS IT CONTAINS BETTER NUTRITION PER WEIGHT THAN CALFS MILK DOES. I ONLY USED IT WHEN WEANING PUPS ON TO A MORE SOLID DIET AROUND 3WKS OLD , BOTH GOATS & CALFS MILK HAD A LOVELY SWEET SMELL WHEN MIXED W

  7. you have avairy birds though havent you craigyboy they themselves would bring in some nice birds to see have you any spare birds yet yeh your right mate, its half the reason they visit my garden, especially in breeding season, theres always cock chaffys goldies and siskins trying to get in my aviaries after the hens,as for spare birds ive only got a few chaffy hens spare, ive decided to keep a few more on this year and ive inherited some of my uncles stock,so i aint got rid of many, its all part of the masterplan mate,im going to breed 3 times as many next year, its hard work but well worth

  11. i had the same prob last week ferrets under a container that i saw 3 rabbits run under terrier and lurcher pup were marking it strongly set the longnet around it 2 ferrets in sat back and waited for dinner coming out but then the ferrets just kept coming out everytime i re-entered them the came straight back out one ferret was only young but had bolted a couple on other outings and the other ferret was a great wee worker and hadnt let me down untill that day
  12. exactly matee not enough time it all just a craze to get a pup for xmas my bitch breaks down in august every year so i never took a litter from here this year but i will be next year but i wont be selling my pups to any tom dick or harry that asks for one and for starters i will be keeping 2 back for myself and will be offering a good friend one and any spare will go to ppl i know very well but they will also be told before they take it away that if anything pops up which will stop them being able to keep the pup long term then it comes back to me so that i know its not going to be passe
  13. i notice alot of pups being sold just now and thought to myself who is really out to make ££££s from their dogs and came to the conclusion that its got to be folk selling pups at this time of year as any tom dick and harry will buy their wife/bird/daughter etc etc a pup for xmas and we all know what happens to xmas bought pups dont we obviously peddlers will have pups on the go most of the year but they all seem to crawl out at this time not saying this goes for everybody who has pups just now as some bitches will only break down in the winter time and some will be taking pups from them
  14. Is that a mongrel in your avatar? Nope it's a collie/grey lurcher. My definition of a mongrel is a cross bred dog, randomly bred for no use or purpose. all lurchers are mongrels too but as i call them they are mongrels with a purpose and if all breeds are dived right into then you will find almost all breeds of today have been cross bred at some point
