  3. Stops them waiting for mistakes and gets things killed in the same county you slipped in, It all depends on what dogs you run and if you want mongrels or not.It shouldn't matter pure doesn't allways mean best. If it does tell me why please ? Im not worried whether my dogs pure or not I'm worried about what's caught and how db 99.9% of Salukis sit behind stuff and wait for a mistake its there style I don't like that might work in a big desert or even a fen it's not something I'd want for most of the uk. My dogs run any land any quarry as do a lot of lads with good pures dont need des

  6. Salukis and Greys have all those qualities from the right lines plus speed . Greys a long way back had bull introduced and then it was bred out for a reason .
  7. I think it's clear to see why it would be added. why?
  8. Adding a bit of bull ?what for exactly, its hard to see what it would bring to the cross
  9. Salukis can vary in height weight and conformation from 24 to 28 inch tts the bitches usually range from 24 to 26 and dogs from 24 to 28. tts. The weight and thickness of coat can depend on the region they are from. Some variation of colour from solids to grizzle and broken colours but steer clear of brindle USA kc has just recognised brindle but COO dont accept them as being from pure stock.
  10. i left it under the right leg of the table to level it up, but someone moved it
  11. Hares are on their own territory 24/7, a strong hare is fit and a top notch athlete, they are always up for a run and fancy their chances , they never get into flying mode until the dog is on them ,they know where the dog is and dont get the ears back until its escape mode kicks in. A lot pf experienced dogs will run wide or in an arc to try to confuse the hare as to what they are actually after, many a good courser will sit to the left or right of the hare especially to turn it from cover or drop a gear to let the hare settle into its comfort zone before ratcheting it up a notch and then d
  12. Unless its inherited genetic deformity growth plate injuries are usually impact and stress injuries from running dogs to young particularly on hard ground , roads etc . some can recover but its usually a long process .
  13. The mere mention of giving law in a match or course brings looks of either disbelief or disdain from most of the running dog lads now. Usually they prefer it to be steaming in the seat or just getting up to have a look round. The usual argument is based on the premise that the other lad will slip straight away on sight and every ones idea of 50 or a hundred yards varies wildly. There is a good argument for independent slippers especially in matches . if your out for something for the pot then distance of slips isnt important but in a competition or match then the playing field should be abil

It was the publicly funded BBC at its biased best.IT was a squandered opportunity to put the RSPCA onto a Nationwide pedestal to show its bias and its total incompetence to fulfill its role as an animal welfare association. It highlighted cases prosecuted against 4 people who where neither intentionally cruel nor guilty of any visible crime, they failed to show how much publicly donated charity money was spent on the cases nor did it highlight cases where even high court Judges had questioned money spent prosecuting cases that would not have reached court except as privately funded pros
  16. This is the subtle difference between Coursing and hunting. Hunting is to put food on the table or should be it shouldnt be about big numbers to gain fame . The same coursing should be exactly that a dog running game on a level playing field pitting the skills of each species against the other ,the kill is the possible end result but not the main result .That is also the difference between coursing and matching one is about the skill the other is dependant on the kill.
  17. A dog that can work any hare on any land in any conditions puts the hare where it wants it to go and is ready willing and able to kill when it knows its right.
  18. Steady on lads! it may be from genuine line bred Burrels lurchers, thus justifying the price tag making it a bargain

You want a good Solicitor or Barrister that is not afraid to rock the boat and will go at the Police and the RSPCA.. The Solicitor Alison Downes does lots of the coursing cases now she is pretty successful in her endeavours might be worth sounding her out. Its obvious neither the Police nor the RSPCA are going to accept responsibility for their illegal and obnoxious actions so the right forum is for them to be challenged in a Court of Law. I cannot see any well established Media organisation being willing to become entangled in this affair until the right and proper legal channels of redr

  23. Reflection of your society a very poor reflection.but it's a society you have chosen to come and live in mate so what does it say for the one you left behind ??? Better or worse Lol I'd take that over beheading, marrying children, praying to someone who doesn't exist and generally being a dirty smelly muslim We dont discard our parents and Grandparents to be cared for by others so in this regard I would say ours is a better society in this particular instance. Read the comment of the knickle dragger slip lead and ask what society or zoo he belongs in cretin.
  24. Reflection of your society a very poor reflection.
