Im waiting on nets for my stinkers... Hopefully I will be able to pick some up this sunday... If not the following sunday... Then my season starts
Then im all set to go...
Your lucky stinkers over here cost 15-25euro
Ive seen pet owners selling for 5x as much
Ferret box 25
Nets 2.50 each
Ferret food in petshop 12.70 for a tiny bag
Hutch... A fecking fortune unless you build it yourself
I got my russel when I was still breeding rabbits, rodents, guinea pigs for pet shops
She was 100% around them, introduced her to ferreting and she is ok at her job, yet ignores rabbits at poultry sales
She somehow knows the difference...
Did ye see the "ferret scarf" http://item.mobileweb.ebay.co.uk/viewitem?itemId=261102247789&index=16&nav=SEARCH&nid=93141408868
A poor version of mink... Ive a mink one of these
Taken a fancy lately to the old toyota dyna
Am having notions of trading my current yoke in for one
Few questions:
Are they juicey on diesel?
Can you get a canopy for them like you would a hilux?
anyone ever use one for lamping?
how hard/costly would it be to install a metal dog box safely onto the back (not tow hitch) ?
Does the dyna have any particular common mechanical faults I should look out for?
If it ticks all the boxes theres a good chance I may buy one depending on what my insurance company quotes me
And your suppose to be living in Ireland ,whats happened to the traditional Soda Bread ,Wheaten Bread ,
and Potatoe Bread ,you wouldn,t know a good un .
Other half doesnt like potato cakes, and I only have soda bread with the fry up when im at the inlaws
We teach our ferrets to come to us when they are playing in the garden use a fox call and reward them with raw meat they catch on pretty quickly and it works most of time
Im sure there is someone somewhere has tried it... If they had had any success word would travel... No point in trying to reinvent the wheel when stinkers are damned efficient at the job
Gain puppy and sapling as a mixer
Raw Cow tongue, raw heart, raw chicken wings, tinned fish, raw fish heads, liver, rabbit, boiled pasta with egg, cooked rice with turkey mince, raw eggs... Variety is important and worm regularly

I gave my retired bitch to a pensioner... They are both having a great time of it, he was told when I gave her to him... Never let her off the lead, she will seriously injure any dog that annoys her and dont let her near cats or small furries or pomeranians
Shes now fat and spends her days as an oversized lap dog... She always was unusualy laid back though for a fell type
Only one sofa you have gotta love pups , that lurcher i had was good & bad in equal measures , I had to get someone to turn all my door handles over to stop him nosing them down & getting it to the bedrooms , I had gates on all the doorways & he shinned them , I replaced dozens of continental quilts of the beds because he would shred them , the bizarre thing in all this was i was home all day & he still wrecked the place
I should have crated him as a pup but it was donkeys years ago & a very expensive learning curve
He pulled all the stuffing out of the couch li
My boy has only ate 1 sofa so far lol although hes a pain in the arse today... Keeps jumping on top of me in the bed and im too sick to fight him off
Dumb as mud this pup is lol
