Cheers. Yeah he's a cracker and coming on well. Plenty of knuckle and he's 21" already so should make the 24" I was ideally after! Dam was 23" and sire 24".

Just wandering when you lads start reducing your feeds when bringing on a lurcher pup?? From 3 to 2 to 1 feed a day?? Or do you feed smaller portions in morning and midday and reduce that way?? Cheers WVM

This is him. Was walking him in the woods this week when he stopped dead, left paw up and nose in the bushes... Walked up and there was a pheasant about 3ft away sat tight.

She is a cracker. Mine is a dog and is about 2" bigger. He's 19" at the mo. Been out of the game for a while and couldn't of wished for a better pup to get going again. He seems more towards the collie side although the % was small.

Ha ha. It was about letting you guys pull in the bass......that's why I only fished with mackerel feathers!!!!! The quest for the bass continues!!

No probs. we fished Dawlish/Exmouth on the weekend and have fished Tmouth a few times. The back beach there is good using live sandeel on light gear and just let it do it's own thing. There is a guy there you can call and get the eels from 07980 111367 call him to make sure he has them in. Let me know when your going as we might be down there. Drop me a PM.

Top weekend Kev. All the kit is washed and sorted and I'm now back to the day job!! Clive and the gang made the weekend a lot easier and the fishing couldn't have been better....except for me being the only one not to catch a bass!! Suppose the wrasse made up for it at the end though.

We have just been around the Torquay area with a group off here kayak fishing. Had a good haul of fish and the lads had a few bass. Where abouts are you going to be fishing??

I feed raw mate so I don't bother with cod liver oil I just add fish. Mainly sardines.

Might be worth putting up a rough area of where you live. Seen guys on here offering to kennel dogs before for people who are going through a tough time whilst they get sorted so I'm sure someone will take it out if your happy with that. Would also change your mates if they won't even help you out and walk the dog!! Hope you get something sorted out. No other suggestions that don't involve having to pay for a solution. ATB

Hi mate. As socks said would be best. Speak to Shaun or Bonz when you see them next they get decent feed from a guy near Mold. The butchers round there should give you some chicken carcass etc. might have to spend a bit at first on the mince but will be worth it!! Where did you find the dog?? Will have to pop over to Pen next time I'm up and I'll have a look. ATB. Geth

Typo mate!! Yeah he's fine it wasn't anything serious just a yelp more than anything. He's doing well mate. Still has a mad half hour now and then but happy with him so far!!

Mine took a knock the other day when a overweight lab crashed into him in the park. He was making a right noise and limping. I gave him a day just in the garden and as you did give him a once over. He just snapped out of it and is fine. He's also coming up to 4 months. See how the dog does today and maybe give the vet a call. Can you touch or apply pressure to it??
