    There's been a shot vixen on my farm that was 18tts so obviously a dog fox would on average be bigger. I could believe it, when you see the size of them in the city.

    collie cross will be a better pot filling dog than most on average with the right collie blood they have it all, my saluki type thing i have now is no where near as good at the same age as mooching picking game up, marking, ferreting etc He is however a lot quicker and has lot's of stamina to go with it. Never had any experience of bull blood though.. For an all round coney dog/pot filler i think the collie lurcher will on AVERAGE be the best but like it's said good and bad in all breeds?

    I use straw mate, jsut make sure you treat them for fleas and replace it when it gets too chewed up because if you leave it when its been chewed up finely by the dogs they can get small bits in their eyes. But i've had no problems de-flea regular and put new straw in when needed and you'll be fine

    get a lurcher to lurcher bred dog, from proven parents that will tackle any quary. As if you never know what you what you might bump into apart from rabbits good advice there, be prepared for minced up rabbits if your going to use the terrier though, good sport all the same.

    the lads obviously caught with them and gets game in front of them so why does everyone moan about why not just get a bull cross or collie cross, maybe he just wanted something different. If we were all narrow minded we would be stuck with one or two types of lurcher... and yes maybe they are lacking in some area like most dogs do so maybe that's why he's put said dog over it. Too much crabbing and not enough well done's.
