  1. i really like them but each to his own, they outlast anything else that's on the market, but I trap in very acidic soils most of the time,
  2. they all have stainless bodies, but the ultimate traps are all stainless, as in springs and everything,
  3. Smart bit of sport, and in my opinion a good public service, keep at it,
  4. I have access, she who thinks she must be obeyed, has a money pit, (sorry horse) and I am a Yorkshire man who wastes nothing, it's a case of how much I need, to make a decent batch, I once got a pot of lure from woodga, and that worked,
  5. It's got to be worth a try, it's funny how there's few recipes out there for lure, in England, our American friends should have a few Good recipes, it would be good if a few more were shared, I would never have thought to use horse hoof though,
  6. when I say short in the leg for the hill, mine was, it struggled to keep up bouncing over/ through the heather, everywhere else no real problems, you could even stick her in the game bag, great little dog real character,
  7. Very good little dogs, a little too short in the leg for the hill, in the wood they will stick to heal all morning, and happily sit under a high seat, in god awful weather, I like them very hard little dogs, they are deceptive, very capable, they will find anything you put them on, good in the house, and great with kids, a very determined little hunter,
  8. Or your local gamekeeper, he will sort you out no doubt.
  9. Well done mate keep at it, you will soon get the hang of it,
  10. couple of lads around me really liked them, but funny enough they are both driving, Isuzu pickups now,
  11. I have l200, my second one, but it's Isuzu or Hulux this yr for me,
  12. now gone to 3175darren bother Cheers thanks Martyn its for his son, a keen young man, his died last week,
  13. Hi mate my brother is on the lookout for one, he's at snaith is this still available,
  14. it seems like it's gathering pace, i.e. Spreading quite quickly over here, I just wish they knew what caused it,
  15. yes they have a good reputation,
  16. I am lucky I do exercise my dogs on private ground, generally only my dogs, and maybe the farm dog's, walk it, I searched it last night and it seems, no one knows what causes it, it seem's there guessing, I have been training a dog for someone, last thing I want is that taking hold in the area,
  17. Any of you lads have any knowledge, of this disease, a case has been confirmed not too far away in the north west, is there any hope for a dog that gets it, how's it transmitted? Any info shared would be good,
  18. I am surprised bobbies don't do the dogs for racism, this country is that f****d up,
  19. I agree with this, and when you read into it, only 2 yr warranty on the range finder part, you get more than that on a cheap TV, I know at least 50% is added by the retailer, they have a massive mark up on them,it really is rip off Britain, at least with zeise or Swarovski you get a substantial warranty, again though not on any rangefinder parts of the equipment, which is bad really, at the end of the day, I won't be shooting deer beyond 300 yd, and if I can't judge that, then it's time to move on,
  20. Great right up, good luck with breathing a little life back into the old girl,
  21. She isn't very good at her job though is she? She's a hysterical mental case. yep which means the BBC will back her
  22. i would put money on it, it's the way they accuse us of everything else, like dog fighting, it boils my piss,
  23. It's funny I have mine off road regularly, and the only issue I have, is the towbar, digging in when climbing out of anywhere bad,
  24. The third picture, is the young lady divining for the tube Blaise,
