  1. She’s in a kennell on her own blinded of from the rest of the dogs in a good big bench 4 ft by 4ft. She can’t see any other dogs. She’s a first time mother it’s all new to her. You would be better of working your dogs and not worry about pedigrees and my dogs
  2. What am I supposed to do leave the rest of my dogs locked in there kennels for the next 3 weeks
  3. To be fair that’s that the most he has ever charged me. He had to come from his house to the sergery today to stitch the bitch in his Sunday best cloths. He charged me 50 and he said the anistetic is 35 for her
  4. That’s for nothing to be fair. My uncle got a setter done 3 months back and it was 250 and another mate in cork paid 450 last summer.
  5. 150 it was half 11 at night and I getting to him and nearly 1 and I leaving. Very reasonably priced to be fair
  6. He said he’s only herd of it happening 3 times in his career. He said it happens with cows more often but not dogs. I reckon when I went for a walk with the other dogs she was probably jumping around the kennels
  7. So I had a bitch due to pup Tuesday. Went out Monday and she had 3 pups but it was hours apart. So another check nothing else coming by 11 that night I was checking the bitch and green discharge was coming out of her and a phone call to the vets and she was in for a section. Left there with 8 pups. Stayed up most the night getting the pups sucking. The next day the runt died which didn’t surprise me. Since then she has lay on 3 more. Went out this morning and everything was grand so took the dogs for a walk came back and started cleaninh them out and got to her kennel and she had her stitches
  8. Ya I’ve dug over some of the dogs mentioned in the book. I’m in the midlands
  9. I like the book to be fair but that’s probably because I no most the lads in it and no abit about there dogs before I read it
  10. I’ve nothing against having a dog in the house but not a hunting dog. Imagen the smell of a wet dirty dog back in the house after a days hunting. I much rather put them in a big bed of straw in there kennels.
  11. What pack won the foxhound dog
  12. White Lakeland’s is just a fancy name for the show men if you ask me
  13. One I had 8 or 9 years ago I never could find out his breeding he was gifted to me at 13 months but had been passed through a few hands by then. was a top dog pity I could never find out his breeding I would have loved to bred a pup from him. He ended up getting blood poisoning 3 or 4 times in as many months and the vet couldn’t figure out what was causing it and found him dead on his kennel floor one morning
  14. 100% agree with you here. I wouldn’t care if I hadn’t an arse in my trousers I wouldn’t sell a dog. The way i look at it if I don’t trust a lad enough to gift him a pup I definitely wouldn’t be selling him one
  15. The misses was with me she walked a couple of them and I took the rest
  16. That’s a crying shame that Daniel there cracking terriers and from what I’ve spok to you on here your one of the genuine one. Pity you have to give up the dogs mate ?
  17. No point talking to the likes of him you will never win with the big mouthy f****r. The summer will be over soon rabbit hunter and he will be back to school and in bed at 8 so we won’t see much of him
  18. Grow up you clown every tread that put up your turning it into a slagging match. Your ruining the site for everyone else
